Vickers Wellington near Ben Alder
While bagging some remote Munros in 2007, in the Ben Alder region, took the opportunity to visit the remains of a Wellington which crashed on the 10th December 1942. Not much remains but I was in the area anyway so it was a pleasant diversion. Pack mules allegedly removed much of the wreckage near the time of the crash hence the lack of remains.
